Why OTP share ?
Are you sure the items you share externally can only be accessed by your intended recipient?
WorkDrive has added an extra layer of security for sharing files with external users (users who don't have a Zoho account) by requiring email address verification. External users must verify their email addresses via OTP authentication to access shared files and folders.
